UX/Product Designer
Job Description
Benjamin Moore & Co is hiring a UX/Product Designer to help build customer-first, intuitive, and accessible digital experiences. This onsite role in Montvale, NJ gives you the chance to work in an agile team alongside developers and product owners, support an evolving design system, and contribute to how the UX team approaches AI-driven product experiences.
What you’ll do
- Partner with the product engineering team to deliver inclusive and accessible designs using user stories, UX research, and analytics.
- Coordinate with the UX Team and UX Lead to align creative vision and execution.
- Use the established Benjamin Moore digital design system and help iterate on new standards.
- Run user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to uncover needs, pain points, and behavior patterns.
- Present design concepts and research findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Improve the retailer workflow to optimize user satisfaction and support product adoption.
- Deliver design concepts and final deliverables on schedule with minimal supervision.
What you bring
- 3-5 years designing and delivering digital products in cross-functional teams.
- Experience working within a SAFe Agile Framework.
- Proficiency in typography, desktop and mobile UI, color, layout, and accessibility.
- A proven delivery record across user journeys, wireframes, and information architecture.
- Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative user research methods.
- Capability to drive customer solutions using analytics, data, and testing.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong prioritization and deadline management.
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (HTML/CSS/JS is helpful).
- Interest in and practical understanding of AI-driven product experiences.

Compensation: USD 94,300 - 110,000 per year.
Bonus points: basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS (no coding required, but helpful for partnering with developers and accessibility partners), design system experience, prior B2B Digital experience, and experience using AI tools to accelerate design tasks and ideation.
