The role focuses on understanding engineering customer workflows, producing design artifacts in Figma, and partnering with frontend engineers to deliver experiences in Vue-based applications.

Role Focus

You will help engineering teams work more effectively by designing intuitive interfaces for complex web tooling, dashboards, data exploration, and operational workflows. The work also includes designing AI-integrated workflows that support summarization, automation of repetitive tasks, insight surfacing, and better decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers and engineering teams to understand workflows, problems, and opportunities for improved user experiences.
  • Design user interfaces for complex web tooling systems, dashboards, data exploration tools, and operational workflows.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, develop specifications, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
  • Partner with frontend engineers to implement and refine user experiences in Vue-based applications.
  • Design AI-integrated workflows that enable users to summarize information, automate repetitive tasks, surface insights, and make better decisions.
  • Conduct user interviews, usability reviews, and feedback sessions with engineering clients and end-users.
  • Help define design patterns, interaction models, and UX standards for internal platforms and applications.
  • Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities to produce practical, high-impact designs.

  • BS degree or equivalent experience in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant UI/UX, product design, or UX engineering experience.
  • Proven experience designing for web applications, dashboards, enterprise tools, or technical users, including the customer-focused research phase of product development.
  • Strong Figma skills, including prototyping, component systems, design documentation, and collaboration workflows.
  • Experience working closely with software engineers to translate designs into production-quality interfaces, with familiarity with Vue.js or modern frontend frameworks for effective collaboration.
