UI/UX Developers

ADM Tech Services is seeking UI/UX Developers to support the design and implementation of distributed application solutions. The role spans networking, infrastructure and database architecture, and delivery of on-premise to cloud migrations, with an emphasis on presenting progress and architectural decisions to executive and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Present technical information with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT management, and developers.
• Maintain strong communication practices, including the ability to right-level conversations for different audiences.
• Architect and operate solutions built on AWS.

Required Experience

• Design and implementation experience with distributed applications.
• Experience in networking, plus infrastructure and/or database architecture.
• Experience with on-premise to cloud migrations or broader IT transformations.
• Presentation skills with confidence engaging executives, IT management, and developers.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to adjust messaging to the right level for each audience.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
