UI UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Produce wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize interfaces.
• Design user flows and experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing.
• Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with project goals.
• Apply design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across digital products.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and evolving user needs.

Requirements

• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design solutions.
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is required.
• 8-10 years of experience.
