Senior UI/UX Designer

Robotics Technologies is hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer to help shape user-centered digital experiences in Tampa, FL on an onsite basis. In this role, you will lead discovery and research, turn findings into clear product experiences, and contribute to accessible, consistent interfaces and scalable design systems.

This position offers an hourly rate of USD 67 and requires 8+ years of hands-on experience across UX design, visual design, and user-centered product development.

What you’ll do

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability studies to understand behavior, needs, expectations, and pain points.
• Translate research and business requirements into user personas, journey maps, information architecture, and user flows.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate concepts and validate user journeys.
• Design visually polished, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Apply user-centered design principles to improve usability, accessibility, consistency, and the overall customer experience.
• Design responsive and interactive UI for web applications, mobile applications, and other digital platforms.
• Run usability testing, analyze feedback, and iteratively refine designs to improve satisfaction and task completion.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.
• Develop and maintain design systems, including reusable components, style guides, and UI standards.
• Ensure consistent application of typography, color schemes, spacing, layouts, visual hierarchy, and interaction patterns.
• Partner with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle to support accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Incorporate accessibility standards and inclusive design principles into digital experiences.
• Present design concepts, prototypes, and recommendations to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final deliverables.
• Stay current on emerging UI/UX trends, design tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Advocate for user experience excellence and contribute to continuous improvement across the design process.
