UI UX Designer
Job Description
UI UX Designer role at ADT Security Services focused on creating conversion-driven experiences across ecommerce and brand websites, collaborating with eCommerce, UX/UI, and engineering teams to deliver brand-consistent and performance-ready creative.
Responsibilities
- Design ecommerce and site assets, including homepage modules, product detail pages, landing pages, and promotional placements.
- Develop responsive layouts and component variants optimized for desktop and mobile.
- Collaborate with UX/UI and product teams to ensure cohesive and intuitive user experiences.
- Translate campaign strategy into on-site creative that supports merchandising and conversion goals.
- Create assets for lifecycle and retargeting journeys tied to website and D2C initiatives.
- Maintain consistency with design systems, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards.
- Deliver developer-ready files and coordinate through QA to ensure production fidelity.
- Leverage performance and behavioral data to iterate on page-level and module-level creative.
- Support experimentation efforts with multiple design concepts and test variants.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and conversion fundamentals.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams.
- Detail-oriented execution with solid prioritization skills.
- 4+ years of digital design experience with ecommerce or D2C focus.
- Portfolio showcasing web and onsite merchandising design work.
- Experience with Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with CRO workflows and A/B testing practices.
- Knowledge of basic front-end constraints (HTML/CSS).
- Experience using analytics tools to inform creative decisions.
