Job Description

UI UX Designer role at ADT Security Services focused on creating conversion-driven experiences across ecommerce and brand websites, collaborating with eCommerce, UX/UI, and engineering teams to deliver brand-consistent and performance-ready creative.

Responsibilities

  • Design ecommerce and site assets, including homepage modules, product detail pages, landing pages, and promotional placements.
  • Develop responsive layouts and component variants optimized for desktop and mobile.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI and product teams to ensure cohesive and intuitive user experiences.
  • Translate campaign strategy into on-site creative that supports merchandising and conversion goals.
  • Create assets for lifecycle and retargeting journeys tied to website and D2C initiatives.
  • Maintain consistency with design systems, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards.
  • Deliver developer-ready files and coordinate through QA to ensure production fidelity.
  • Leverage performance and behavioral data to iterate on page-level and module-level creative.
  • Support experimentation efforts with multiple design concepts and test variants.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and conversion fundamentals.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams.
  • Detail-oriented execution with solid prioritization skills.
  • 4+ years of digital design experience with ecommerce or D2C focus.
  • Portfolio showcasing web and onsite merchandising design work.
  • Experience with Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRO workflows and A/B testing practices.
  • Knowledge of basic front-end constraints (HTML/CSS).
  • Experience using analytics tools to inform creative decisions.
