UI/UX Designer

Bridge Core is seeking a UI/UX Designer to modernize legacy systems and transform enterprise applications, with hybrid work in Reston, VA and TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing legacy systems and interfaces to identify usability gaps and opportunities for modernization
• Reimagine outdated user experiences into intuitive, efficient, and scalable interfaces
• Translate complex legacy workflows into streamlined, user-friendly journeys
• Support digital transformation initiatives by aligning UX design with modernization goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Proven experience redesigning or modernizing legacy systems or complex enterprise applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating transformation of outdated or complex interfaces
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
• Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design
• Solid understanding of user-centered design and usability best practices
• Experience working with design systems and scalable UI frameworks
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and related technical constraints
