Job Description
Bridge Core is seeking a UI/UX Designer to modernize legacy systems and transform enterprise applications, with hybrid work in Reston, VA and TS/SCI clearance.
Responsibilities
- Assess existing legacy systems and interfaces to identify usability gaps and opportunities for modernization
- Reimagine outdated user experiences into intuitive, efficient, and scalable interfaces
- Translate complex legacy workflows into streamlined, user-friendly journeys
- Support digital transformation initiatives by aligning UX design with modernization goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Proven experience redesigning or modernizing legacy systems or complex enterprise applications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating transformation of outdated or complex interfaces
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design
- Solid understanding of user-centered design and usability best practices
- Experience working with design systems and scalable UI frameworks
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and related technical constraints
