Sr. Product Designer
Job Description
Ande is building an AI-powered enterprise platform, and this role focuses on owning the end-to-end experience for a major product area. As a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI), you will guide the work from problem framing through launch and ongoing iteration, shaping AI-driven workflows for complex, multi-user event planning and collaboration.
This position sits in the New York, NY onsite environment and works closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations. The goal is to design workflows that handle real operational complexity, while keeping users in control across requester, approver, and admin experiences.
What you’ll do
- Own the end-to-end experience for a major area on Ande’s enterprise platform, from problem framing through launch and iteration, and maintain accountability for quality over time
- Design straightforward, AI-driven workflows for complex enterprise work, including cases where AI acts independently, where it suggests next steps, and where a person maintains control
- Plan and run user sessions on your own, synthesize findings, and translate insights into clear product direction
- Design for everyone involved in a workflow, including the requester, approver, and admin
- Influence experience strategy beyond your immediate scope by identifying cross-cutting patterns and areas where the product is drifting, then advocating for fixes
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations on roadmap planning and trade-off decisions
- Steward and extend the design system, including making judgment calls on when to follow established patterns and when to break them
What you bring
- 5–8 years of experience in UX or Product Design, with meaningful time in B2B, enterprise SaaS, or complex workflow-driven products
- A portfolio showing end-to-end initiatives you led and shipped, including evidence of outcomes your work delivered
- Strong UX fundamentals and a repeatable approach for structuring undefined problems
- Deep experience designing multi-step, multi-user processes with real operational complexity
- Proven ability to simplify complex enterprise workflows
- Experience running user research end-to-end, from recruiting through sessions and synthesis
- Ability to build alignment across cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders
- Comfort working at both strategic and tactical levels, with proficiency using modern design tools such as Figma, Claude Design, and Claude Code
- Portfolio evidence of AI competency and experimentation, or a well-formed viewpoint on what distinguishes strong AI-powered products from weak ones

Compensation
