Sr. Digital Designer

This role reports to the Associate Creative Director, Digital and plays a key part in guiding visual direction for campaigns and initiatives. You will collaborate across creative, marketing, and brand teams to develop digital assets that support brand engagement, user experience, and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Associate Creative Director to concept and execute dynamic digital campaigns, product launches, and evergreen content
• Own development of high-impact assets across email, paid media, website, e-commerce, and organic social
• Lead and mentor other designers with thoughtful feedback, art direction, and creative guidance
• Partner cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and brand teams to deliver engaging user experiences across digital touchpoints
• Create sketches, mood boards, and visual references to communicate concepts and creative direction
• Ensure assets adhere to established brand guidelines and stay consistent across touchpoints
• Support quality control processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and functionality of digital outputs
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment where quick turnarounds are common while setting and exceeding quality benchmarks
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of design excellence
• Help drive creative experimentation and a test-and-learn mindset based on performance and insights
• Identify opportunities to optimize creative workflows and elevate team efficiency

Requirements

• Portfolio required: please include a link to your portfolio in your resume
• 6+ years of experience in digital design, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead-level role within an agency or in-house creative team
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and familiarity with Microsoft
• Expertise in digital-first design with a solid understanding of UX/UI best practices
• Strong foundation in composition, color theory, and design principles
• Strong skills in illustration, typography, and layout design
• Proven ability to lead creative projects from concept through execution
• Ability to translate strategy into impactful visual storytelling with strong attention to detail
• Ability to inspire collaboration and work under pressure with high-quality results within tight deadlines
• Open to feedback and able to give and receive constructive critique
• High degree of accountability, ownership, and self-motivation
• Excellent time management with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Work setup: In-office, full-time at Celsius HQ in Boca Raton, Florida, reporting to the Associate Creative Director, Digital (Alani Nu).

Compensation note: The base pay range for this position is based on a successful candidate within the state listed. Actual pay will be based on factors including work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. The position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
