Responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive, user centered interfaces using modern front end technologies
• Translate wireframes, mockups and user flows into production ready code
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align with user experience goals
• Apply UI/UX best practices to improve usability, accessibility, and visual consistency
• Conduct usability testing, troubleshoot issues, and iterate based on feedback
• Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and cross browser compatibility
• Maintain and enhance existing applications to ensure a consistent user experience
• Adhere to branding, accessibility standards (WCAG), and security best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Web Developer, Front End Developer, or similar role
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Hands on experience with modern frameworks or libraries (React, Vue, Angular)
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and responsive design
• Experience converting design assets (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) into production code
• Strong attention to detail and design consistency
• Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• 3 years designing and building sites in SharePoint Online (Required)
