Senior Web Designer

JCTM, LLC is seeking a Senior Web Designer to support design and communication capabilities for Government stakeholders in Arlington, VA on an onsite basis. This opportunity is pending contract award and centers on creating accessible, user-focused digital experiences across SharePoint and other collaborative platforms, with a strong emphasis on accessible ICT content and Section 508 conformance.

What you’ll contribute

• Support the design of SharePoint sites and digital collaborative platforms.
• Assist with content management, including the collection, delivery, retrieval, governance, and overall management of information.
• Apply UI, UX, graphic design, and communication expertise to Government-approved activities.
• Support data visualization, dashboards, and reporting, including communicating findings to IOD and CISA stakeholders.
• Support CISA public-facing internet sites and information platforms where assigned.
• Support Section 508 conformance for applicable ICT, electronic documents, web-based content, dashboards, charts, and data visualizations.
• Support validation and documentation of accessibility conformance when developing or modifying applicable ICT.

Core skills and experience

• UI, UX, graphic design, and communication expertise.
• Experience supporting digital collaborative platforms and content management.
• Experience with the Microsoft 365 capabilities applicable to the assigned work.
• Knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to address Section 508 accessibility requirements for delivered ICT.

Clearance and onboarding

This requirement is Unclassified. Applicants selected will be subject to the applicable DHS/CISA personnel-security process and must satisfy background-investigation, Entry on Duty, fitness, and access requirements applicable to the position and sensitive Government information.

Compensation: USD 110,000 - 135,000 per yearly.
