Job Description

Konrad is hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer (Senior Experience Designer, UX/UI) to lead large-scale digital innovation work for consumer brands and enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design research, ideation, and the creation of digital interfaces across multiple platforms and devices
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teammates to identify and deliver the strongest solution
  • Maintain dependable execution across timelines and deliverables for multiple concurrent projects
  • Share design feedback that is clear and direct while remaining considerate of interpersonal and professional context
  • Support ongoing team learning and growth by advocating for continuous improvement and skill development

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience, including at least 1 year leading UX and UI design
  • Strong understanding of user-centered experiences, including work with complex requirements
  • Motivation to innovate and to help drive creative workflows and processes for the team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to clients or stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
  • Expertise in motion design and experience with web or mobile development as a bonus
