Senior Product Designer, CRM & Industries Workflows (Technology)

ServiceNow’s Industries Technology team is hiring a Senior Product Designer to shape industry-specific products and experiences, with a focus on complex, AI-native workflows. You will bring concept-to-delivery ownership while partnering closely with engineering and product management to turn intricate problem spaces into clear, user-centered solutions.

This onsite role is based in San Diego, CA, with a salary range of USD 128,900 - 219,100 per year. The position requires 5+ years of relevant design experience.

What you bring

• Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s impact on the function or industry
• 5+ years of relevant design experience
• An inspiring portfolio showing end-to-end, user-centered design solutions grounded in human-centered design and research data
• Strong skills with design tools to produce comprehensive high-fidelity design solutions and specifications that support consistency, usability, and accessibility within a broader system or product
• A growth mindset, strengthening core skills through complex assignments and varied experiences
• Ability to build trusting relationships through clear, open communication
• Experience participating in the full product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications
• Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web, or agency)

• Design spans a variety of skill sets, including design systems, visual, interaction, content, and product design
• Design is intentionally integrated early, collaborating closely with engineering and product management
• The Industries Technology team builds industry-specific products and experiences that help organizations operate more efficiently, make better decisions, and deliver improved outcomes for customers
• Designers on the team tackle complex workflows, uncover customer needs, and help define next-generation intelligent, AI-native experiences

• Base pay of $128,900 - $219,100
