- Maintain a high bar for quality, usability, and attention to edge cases
- Provide design leadership and guidance to junior teammates to support design excellence across projects
- Lead complex design initiatives from concept to delivery
- Drive continuous improvement and learning within the design function
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on design strategy and vision
- Bring structure to ambiguous problems, frame tradeoffs clearly, and champion a user-first approach
- Anticipate how design decisions affect related workflows, teams, and adjacent product areas
- Contribute to reusable patterns, shared practices, and design consistency to improve efficiency and coherence
- Partner across functions to design AI-empowered workflows where users can take action, interpret system output, and stay in control
- Define patterns for trust, transparency, and human oversight in intelligent experiences
What you bring

- Ability to communicate and present design concepts, rationale, and tradeoffs to stakeholders and teammates
- Comfort navigating ambiguity, framing complex workflows, and connecting feature-level decisions to broader product and platform patterns
- Familiarity with AI in the design workflow for ideation, synthesis, prototyping, content generation, and exploration
- Good judgment on when AI should accelerate the process versus when deeper human evaluation, refinement, or validation is needed
- Experience with design systems and ability to create and maintain design libraries
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
