Responsibilities

• Evaluate an internal enterprise application to boost usability, user engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Lead design audits to pinpoint opportunities for streamlining workflows and enhancing usability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover business goals, user needs, and operational constraints.
• Analyze user journeys and propose enhancements to navigation, information architecture, and interaction patterns.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity concepts aligned with project objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or Experience Design, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design for complex enterprise applications.
• Proven skills in user research, usability testing, workflow analysis, and design validation.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Experience collaborating within Agile teams alongside product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows and improve user experiences in data-driven environments.
