Responsibilities
- Lead design within a key pillar of the Enterprise Oral Care category, delivering strategic brand-design excellence with a strong focus on packaging design systems, execution, and sustained activation for Global and Divisional OC brands
- Partner with the EOC Marketing team and Divisions to ensure global design strategy aligns with brand guidelines while adapting to local market needs
- Raise design standards with internal teams and external agency partners, starting with packaging and expanding to brand experience and activation
- Champion Colgate’s design vision, approach, systems, and guardianship
- Lead or participate in design-centered thought leadership initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop design briefs and project plans
- Build relationships to influence regional marketing and business leaders, elevating the impact of design
- Oversee resource management across internal and external creative partners
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Design or related field
- 10+ years of professional design experience, primarily within a Consumer Product Goods environment on global brands, or a related creative field
Technologies

Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of necessary software applications and platforms
- Deep understanding of global brand design systems, including brand equity, architecture, visual assets, and guardianship
- Ability to navigate organizational dynamics calmly, remove barriers, and position design as a strategic partner
- Proven capability to lead and coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously
- Strong communication and influence skills across diverse cultural backgrounds
- Ability to balance global constraints with local relevance
- AI workflow experience is a plus
