Plaid is hiring a Product Designer to design and ship high-quality experiences across Plaid Dashboard.

Design clear, intuitive experiences for customers working through complex financial and technical workflows
Partner with product managers and engineers from problem definition through implementation
Use customer needs, research, and feedback to refine and improve product experiences
Create polished UI, user flows, and interactive prototypes, including thoughtful interactions, states, and edge cases
Apply qualitative and quantitative insights to guide iteration and evaluate outcomes
Work with experienced designers to use and improve shared patterns, contributing to critique and design reviews

3+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products, ideally including B2B applications or complex workflows
Proven ability to produce polished UI, user flows, and interactive prototypes with thoughtful interactions, states, and edge cases
Clear verbal and visual communication, including the ability to explain design rationale and respond constructively to feedback
Track record of partnering with Product and Engineering to deliver well-scoped work that considers user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
An iterative design approach that explores alternatives, weighs trade-offs, and delivers thoughtful, shippable solutions

$164,400 - $210,300 per year
Equity and/or commission may be included depending on the position offered
Pay is based on factors including scope and responsibilities, candidate work experience and skillset, and location
