Product Designer
Job Description
EverCommerce is hiring a Product Designer to work on the EverHealth portfolio, partnering across teams to shape and validate end-to-end product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Work with Product Managers, Insights analysts, and Engineers as part of a cross-functional product team.
- Support discovery through research, data, workflow observation, and feedback to understand customer problems.
- Define the problem clearly before moving into solution design.
- Evaluate multiple solution approaches using flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Validate concepts early with customers, users, and internal experts before teams commit to build.
- Collaborate during implementation to align the shipped experience with the intended design.
- Improve post-launch experiences using customer feedback and product metrics.
- Contribute to and help maintain the EverHealth design system to increase speed and consistency across teams.
- Use AI to accelerate research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, content exploration, and design workflows, supported by human judgment, customer evidence, and craft standards.
- Ensure the clarity and usability of designed experiences.
- Deliver high-quality design artifacts, including flows, prototypes, specs, interaction details, and edge cases.
- Ground recommendations in customer evidence and align user needs, business outcomes, and technical constraints.
- Maintain pattern consistency across the portfolio where shared standards improve the experience.
Requirements
- Experience designing digital products from discovery through delivery.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating problem solving, not only polished UI.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive product experiences.
- Strong collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders.
- Comfort working through ambiguity, feedback, iteration, and tradeoffs.
- Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
- Practical experience using AI to move faster while keeping judgment, research, and taste under human control.

- Product experiences are easier to use, easier to learn, and easier to trust.
- Engineers receive sufficient detail and context to build with quality.
- The design system becomes more useful, more adopted, and more complete over time.
- Customers and users feel the impact of shipped product improvements.
What you’ll thrive on
- Curiosity and customer focus.
- Asking “why” before designing “what.”
- Preference for evidence over opinion.
- Enjoyment collaborating directly with PMs and Engineers.
- Ability to challenge assumptions without creating drama.
- Ownership of outcomes beyond mockups.
- Strong craft standards and a focus on whether the product works for customers.
Benefits
- Flexibility to work in-office, remote, or hybrid within your country of employment.
- Robust health and wellness benefits, including an annual wellness stipend.
- Professional development support through Udemy.
