Product Designer

Product Design role focused on crafting polished mobile and web experiences at Kikoff, with close cross-functional collaboration and strong emphasis on design system progress.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to define products, shape user journeys, and deliver solutions end to end.
• Design highly polished, visually compelling interfaces, progressing from wireframes to pixel-perfect mockups, prototypes, and final assets.
• Create and refine user experiences across mobile and web, maintaining consistent aesthetics and usability across platforms.
• Advance the design system by building scalable, cohesive UI components and reusable patterns.
• Participate in design critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback to raise the overall visual quality.
• Maintain attention to detail so every interaction, layout, and visual decision supports a cohesive product experience.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Product Design with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual and interaction design work.
• Proven ability to produce pixel-perfect interfaces, with strong instincts for typography, color, layout, visual hierarchy, and motion.
• Experience designing consumer-facing products for mobile and responsive web.
• Highly proficient in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills, plus motivation to continuously improve both interaction and visual design.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain design decisions clearly and persuasively.
• A highly collaborative, low-ego approach and comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment.
