- Partner with product owners and development team members to shepherd experiences from concept to ship for assigned products.
- Begin shaping product design needs using a combination of user insights and business needs.
- Help synthesize user insights, compare them with data, and surface larger issues that may not be visible from user desires alone.
- Prototype new products under the guidance of senior team members.
- Prepare estimated production timelines.
- Collaborate with Engineering to support successful implementation and perform QAs to help teams achieve pixel perfect or detailed designs across iterations.
Design craft and collaboration
- Contribute to visual design from concept through delivery under senior guidance, helping establish a product’s visual language.
- Create visual design documents such as mood boards, storyboards, creative briefs, UI kits, motion studies, iconography, illustrations, layouts, and redlines for an assigned product, tool, or service.
- Develop wireframes, journey maps, user jobs and scenarios, task flows, and personas to support interaction design for software-based experiences under a senior team member’s direction.
- Use a prescribed design system (for example: content templates, icons, form design, UI controls, navigation models, and design trends).
- Communicate proactively and effectively with peers, managers, and cross-functional partners.
- Drive collaboration across design, product, and engineering teams to deliver successful product outcomes.
- Maintain respectful, inclusive, and professional communication in all interactions.
- Advocate for user needs through insights, storytelling, and product narrative development.
- Influence team outcomes through research and design excellence, and support the success of others.
- Influence designer and non-designer collaborators; lead interns and/or vendors to create clarity; participate in interviews.

Compensation: USD 102,100 - 219,200 per year.
Location: Redmond, WA (onsite).
