Product Designer
Job Description
Design intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging web and mobile product experiences in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Design clean, responsive, user-friendly digital experiences for web and mobile, including customer-facing and internal enterprise platforms
- Create end-to-end deliverables in Figma: user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, interactive prototypes, and production-ready specifications
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, UX researchers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements and research insights into design solutions
- Contribute to design system standards by supporting reusable components and consistent visual patterns across products
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinements, reviews, and cross-functional design discussions
- Communicate design recommendations with clarity using research, analytics, usability feedback, and business context
- Look for ways to improve design efficiency using AI-assisted workflows and emerging design tools
Requirements
- 2+ years of UX/UI, product design, visual design, or a related digital design discipline
- Intermediate to advanced Figma skills including auto layout, components, variables, prototyping, and design system management
- Strong understanding of responsive design, interaction design, information hierarchy, and accessibility best practices
- Experience designing for digital products such as enterprise applications, dashboards, client portals, or similar platforms
- Ability to work independently while partnering closely with product, engineering, and business teams
- Strong communication skills for explaining design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating design process, level of ownership, and examples of shipped or production-ready work

Portfolio Requirement
- Include a portfolio link or work samples showing at least two 2+ relevant projects, including your role, design process, and final outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments
- Background in insurance, financial services, healthcare, fintech, or another highly regulated industry
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or design-adjacent tools
- Familiarity with React, CSS, Tailwind, developer handoff, or design-to-development collaboration
- Interest in AI-enabled design workflows and tools that improve speed, consistency, and collaboration
