Wpromote is seeking a Product Designer to help shape the future of AI-powered marketing through intuitive, user-centered design for Polaris IQ. You will work within a product squad, partnering closely across Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science to turn complex AI into clear, usable experiences.

This role is remote (remote), with an annual salary range of USD 111,000 - 132,000, and requires 3+ years of product design experience.

What you’ll do

Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma to deliver a seamless experience
Conduct research and testing to understand user needs and validate design concepts
Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into intuitive interfaces
Partner with engineers to support high-quality design implementation
Help maintain a cohesive design system to improve scalability, consistency, and efficiency
Simplify complex AI capabilities and data sets for clarity and usability
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to raise quality
Stay current on design trends, UX practices, and AI advancements to drive innovation

What you bring

3-5 years of product design experience with a strong user-centric portfolio
Proficiency in Figma, including design, prototyping, and AI-assisted design features
Strong user research skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable designs
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and strong communication skills
Passion for simplifying complex systems and attention to detail in design
Familiarity with agile development processes and ability to adapt in fast-paced environments

Work location
