Product Designer

CHROMEIS is hiring a Product Designer to shape user-centered product experiences through strategy, prototyping, usability testing, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver user-centered design strategies by researching users’ needs and behaviors.
• Create prototypes and iterate on designs using industry-standard tools, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and users.
• Maintain a balance of aesthetics and functionality to produce visually strong products with smooth user experiences.
• Plan and run usability tests, analyze results, and refine product designs to improve user satisfaction and engagement.
• Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other team members to ensure design alignment with technical requirements and business goals.
• Document design decisions and communicate design rationale clearly through written documentation.
• Apply logical thinking and problem-solving to address product challenges and optimize functionality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in user-centered product design, including a portfolio demonstrating usability focus, visual design, and iterative prototyping.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, with the ability to iterate quickly and refine concepts.
• Strong knowledge of usability testing methods and experience applying test findings to improve designs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain processes, rationales, and outcomes.
• Analytical and logical reasoning skills to solve complex design problems effectively.
