Product Designer
Job Description
At RedSail Technologies, we’re building RedSail RxMarket, a B2B marketplace designed for pharmacies and medical practices. We’re looking for a Product Designer who can own the end-to-end design journey—from discovery to launch—delivering intuitive, high-impact workflows that scale across complex purchasing processes. The role partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, analytics, Support, and Marketing to translate user needs into strong design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for key initiatives from discovery through wireframes, high-fidelity visuals, and handoff to development.
- Craft intuitive, scalable interfaces for complex B2B marketplace workflows, including search, comparison, ordering, checkout, post-purchase interactions, and supplier-side tools.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, Customer Support, and Marketing to convert user and business needs into thoughtful design outcomes.
- Plan and synthesize user research, including interviews, usability testing, and workflow validation, to inform product decisions.
- Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs with a high degree of independence.
- Contribute to evolving design patterns and systems to uplift consistency and quality across the product.
- Advocate for user-centered design while balancing speed, technical constraints, and business goals.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance overall product quality.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role in a technology company.
- Strong experience designing ecommerce, marketplace, or transactional products, ideally in a B2B or B2B2C environment.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and own design deliverables from start to finish.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous problem spaces and turning loosely defined requirements into clear, usable solutions.
- Solid foundation in UX principles, interaction design, and visual design.
- Hands-on experience conducting user research and usability testing, applying insights to design decisions.
- Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma and strong collaboration with engineers.
- Ability to articulate design decisions and trade-offs clearly to cross-functional partners.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with stakeholders across product lines.
- Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field is required.
