Product Designer
Job Description
Based in McLean, VA on site, Tilli seeks a Product Designer to shape web and mobile interfaces, produce wireframes and prototypes, perform user research, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and contribute to the design system.
Location and Compensation
Location: McLean, Virginia, on site. Salary range: USD 60,000 to 85,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Craft intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high fidelity designs
- Plan and conduct user research and usability evaluations
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver exceptional experiences
- Maintain and advance the design system to support product consistency
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in product design
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or comparable design tools
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a user centered design process
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
