Mid to Senior UI/UX Developer (TS/SCI with Polygraph required)

Red Alpha seeks a mid to senior UI/UX Developer (TS/SCI with Polygraph) to build accessible, scalable UI components and collaborate on UX design within a cloud engineering context. This onsite role is based in Annapolis Junction, MD, with a salary range of USD 180,000 to 250,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain senior-level UI components and features
• Collaborate on UX design and create mockups for new features
• Ensure all interfaces meet Section 508 accessibility requirements
• Work with the team to deliver high-quality user experiences

Requirements

• Senior UI Development Experience: 5+ years of demonstrated expertise in building modern, responsive user interfaces
• UX Design & Mockup Skills: Ability to create and implement user experience designs and mockups
• Accessibility Expertise: Proven experience with Section 508 compliance and accessibility standards
• Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited institution OR 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree may be considered
• Security Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph

Total Compensation

The total package features a competitive base salary along with comprehensive benefits. Salary discussions are guided by education, certifications, total years of relevant experience, depth of expertise, and the responsibilities of the role. The projected pay range for this position is USD 180,000 to 250,000 per year.
