Lead Product Designer

This remote Lead Product Designer role at Veeva Systems focuses on the UX design strategy for Veeva Labs, collaborating with Product Management and Engineering; preference for candidates in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zones.

Responsibilities

• Own the UX design strategy for the Veeva Labs platform
• Define the design strategy for Veeva Labs products
• Rapidly create design artifacts, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to conceptualize new initiatives
• Distill complex processes into intuitive UI workflows
• Participate in discovery and design activities to understand customer needs and shape solutions
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on product initiatives, including ideation, use case definition, design, and product launches

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience
• Background in HCI, design, or related field
• A portfolio of shipped work that includes UX and UI design
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems
• Experience designing UX and UI for SaaS enterprise solutions
• Experience mentoring other designers

Compensation

• Base pay: $110,000 - $200,000 yearly
