GRAPHIC DESIGN AND PHOTOGRAPHY COORDINATOR

Graphic Design and Photography Coordinator based in Oklahoma City or Stillwater, OK, plans and executes photo shoots, designs digital and print layouts, and maintains brand-consistent assets using the Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support photography needs including styling, shooting, and editing content
• Produce digital and print advertisements
• Assist with production of all materials to sustain creative excellence and accuracy
• Select photos, illustrations, colors, typography, and layouts, then apply proofing corrections
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, work independently, and collaborate in a team environment
• Prepare files for printing
• Maintain the OnCue brand look, feel, and experience across all work
• Regularly communicate with managers, supervisors, and store personnel
• Oversee inventory management
• Complete special projects as requested by management or the executive team

Requirements

• Prior professional photography experience is preferred
• Receptive to direction and detail-oriented
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, with emphasis on Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe XD on a Macintosh
• Knowledge of Premier, InDesign, and After Effects is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Outlook and Excel
• Quick learner and adaptable to new software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work quickly and independently in a deadline-driven environment with limited supervision
• Open to constructive critique on work
• Highly organized
• Comfortable designing projects for both print and digital
• Able to focus on repetitive designs and tasks daily
• Background in Print Design and Large Format Design is a plus
