Job Description

Cella is seeking a Digital Web Designer and Web Content Author to join the Digital Experience Design (DXD) team onsite in Atlanta, GA. This contract role (USD 30–35 per hour) supports global digital experiences across websites, e-commerce systems, and marketing emails, with a workflow centered on Figma templates, headless CMS publishing, and enterprise content systems.

What you will do

  • Turn Figma designs and creative assets into responsive, production-ready web pages using existing templates and UI components.
  • Author, maintain, and publish daily updates, product launches, and seasonal campaigns through Contentstack (headless CMS) and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Organize and manage assets and metadata across enterprise platforms, including Salsify (PIM) and Bynder (DAM).
  • Support localization by driving translation and roll-out processes so global markets receive consistent, localized experiences.
  • Create and version marketing email content with a basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
  • Manage work end-to-end by triaging your own Jira tickets, flagging missing requirements, escalating blockers, and partnering with marketing stakeholders to meet launch deadlines.

What you bring

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in web design, web production, or digital content publishing.
  • Proven experience with CMS platforms. Headless CMS experience (such as Contentstack) or enterprise experience (such as AEM) is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop and Illustrator) to edit, resize, and optimize web graphics.
  • Basic technical understanding of HTML and CSS. JavaScript/React.js familiarity is a plus.
  • Experience with, or a strong interest in, A/B testing tools and methodology.
  • Interest in exploring generative AI use cases within content workflows.
