Job Description
Location: Los Angeles, CA (onsite) | Salary: USD 170,000 - 260,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Direct several projects in parallel, ensuring a cohesive and high‑caliber creative trajectory
- Serve as a visible, inspirational creative leader inside the studio and to external partners
- Create opportunities to develop and nurture relationships with clients
- Lead pitches and secure projects that exemplify exceptional creative quality
- Influence strategic decisions and the overall direction of Untold Studios
- Mentor artists through current projects and career development
- Collaborate with clients and staff to cultivate an environment that delivers outstanding work
- Play a central role in shaping and sustaining the studio’s culture
