Creative Director

Location: Los Angeles, CA (onsite) | Salary: USD 170,000 - 260,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Direct several projects in parallel, ensuring a cohesive and high‑caliber creative trajectory
• Serve as a visible, inspirational creative leader inside the studio and to external partners
• Create opportunities to develop and nurture relationships with clients
• Lead pitches and secure projects that exemplify exceptional creative quality
• Influence strategic decisions and the overall direction of Untold Studios
• Mentor artists through current projects and career development
• Collaborate with clients and staff to cultivate an environment that delivers outstanding work
• Play a central role in shaping and sustaining the studio’s culture
