Job Description

Publicis Groupe Holdings B.V is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Art - freelance to shape social content from its Miami onsite studio. This role guides the creative approach, overseeing the vision and execution of campaigns, with potential expansion to additional channels.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to creative and social media ideation sessions.
  • Translate audience insights into content that speaks to defined demographics.
  • Develop a strategic approach to concepts aligned with briefs.
  • Monitor industry and platform trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to inform content production.
  • Maintain a broad understanding of technology, UI fundamentals, and core visual design.
  • Ensure high-quality outputs across all deliverables.
  • Develop integrated concepts for campaigns across video, film, and social platforms.
  • Direct high-level visual concepts while grasping shoot logistics, video production processes, and asset delivery workflows.
  • Maintain brand alignment while driving engagement and affinity with fresh, breakthrough ideas.
  • Produce and edit assets for daily and weekly deployment across all social channels.
  • Present ideas internally and coordinate with clients and the in-house creative team on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, or an advertising/portfolio-focused program.
  • 7 to 9 years of total experience, including at least 3 years in an advertising or marketing agency with exposure to 360 campaigns, social, TV, and Out-of-Home (OOH).
  • A compelling portfolio that demonstrates conceptual prowess, art direction craft, and social content creation.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) plus Figma and Canva.
  • Solid understanding of the digital landscape, including online campaigns, mobile experiences, and social media ecosystems.
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm, big ideas, and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and innovation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for the creative industry and a habit of staying current with trends, strategies, technologies, and competitor activity.
  • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Experience with insurance or finance clients is a plus.
