Job Description
Associate Creative Director (Art) at Procter & Gamble's Co-Ho Content House leads creative teams in crafting effective short-form advertising across TV, print, digital, social, radio, and out-of-home, with a focus on strategic direction and AI-enabled content.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals, fostering collaboration and ongoing professional growth.
- Utilize the latest AI tools and prompt engineering to generate innovative ideas and production approaches.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes.
- Provide strategic and creative direction for all projects, reviewing work to align with client goals and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with clients to understand objectives and present concepts that meet or exceed expectations.
- Allocate resources efficiently, manage workloads, and resolve workflow issues to meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in art direction or copywriting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role at the Associate Creative Director level in an agency.
- Proven ability to act as a player coach, inspiring and guiding a team of creatives.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and design skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of advertising fundamentals, including positioning, audience psychology, buyer's journey, and conversion-focused messaging; knowledge of awareness, consideration, and decision-stage copy.
- Experience writing for digital and traditional channels with platform-specific expertise; familiarity with SEO principles, accessibility best practices, and cross-channel copy performance.
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities; capable of developing big ideas and collaborating with art directors on concept development.
