Job Description

Tombras is hiring an Art Director / Copywriter for Creative Social Teams to build social-first, real-time campaigns and present concepts to leadership and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Connect brands with real people in real time
  • Write high-quality, social-first creative work for clients across multiple industries, including CPG, beverage/alcohol, QSR and casual dining, retail, and luxury automotive
  • Collaborate with in-house creative teams including creative directors, art directors, copywriters, strategists, videographers and photographers, editors, designers, and animators
  • Work at the speed of social
  • Present concepts to agency leadership and clients with confidence

Requirements

  • Desire to create award-winning advertising with a highly motivated creative team
  • Passion for your ideas and enthusiasm when working with your creative team
  • 2 to 4 years of ad agency experience is a plus, along with related work experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite plus strong design and animation skills
  • Working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit, and other emerging social platforms
  • Public speaking skills to present ideas clearly and confidently
  • Positive and exploratory attitude
