Art Director

Marstudio seeks an experienced Art Director based in Rockville, MD (onsite) to guide a team and manage the visual development of campaigns from early planning through client presentation.

Role Overview

The Art Director will oversee the visual aspects of campaign work, partnering with clients and internal departments to align on project objectives. This position also involves researching current trends and the target demographic to inform design decisions, along with troubleshooting and refinement from concept through final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of artistic people.
• Meet with clients and internal departments to discuss and establish project objectives.

• Design and troubleshoot the visual aspects of a campaign, from the initial planning stages through presentation of the finished campaign to the client.

Required Qualifications
