Job Description

Join Workforce Solutions, LLC in Monona, Wisconsin for a full-time, onsite Design Engineer and Product Designer role. You will own the complete design lifecycle, guiding concepts from sketch to production and delivering finished products that appear in retail environments. Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are feasible and buildable, while contributing to process improvements and adopting new tools. Responsibilities

Translate customer needs into design concepts, from initial sketches to detailed models
Create 3D models, technical drawings, and bills of materials (BOMs) for production
Manage design projects including file organization, version control, and documentation
Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are practical and buildable
Support process improvements and adoption of new tools
Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and team workflows

Requirements

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Technologies

AutoCAD
Blender
Adobe Creative Suite
Odoo
Cloud-based file sharing tools

Schedule

This is a full-time, onsite role working Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
