Web Designer and social media manager

A&A ADEKILE SOLUTIONS LLC is hiring a Web Designer who can shape clean, user-friendly website design while translating ideas into clear, intuitive layouts. This remote role in the United States also includes managing content creation and social media, supporting the brand presence alongside the design work.

Working across the full design cycle, you will partner with stakeholders to develop concepts, produce design assets, and refine outcomes through testing and iteration. The position blends visual design deliverables with front-end awareness and Agile/Scrum ways of working.

What you’ll do

• Manage all stages of the design process, from the design brief through post-launch testing
• Create clean, user-friendly website designs
• Build mood boards, site maps, wireframes, and user flows
• Produce mock-up designs to present to key stakeholders
• Test and iterate on design concepts
• Develop design guidelines and standards
• Manage all stages of content creation and social media

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field
• Strong portfolio featuring successful website designs and social media content creation
• Skilled in creating wireframes and storyboards using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design platforms
• Experience with front-end development languages including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Creativity and openness to learning new skills and techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Spanish proficiency is desirable
