Web Designer

Schell Brothers is seeking a web designer to help develop and maintain a high-quality website experience for customers. You will collaborate with the marketing and Innovation teams to build intuitive, visually engaging user interfaces while continuously improving overall website quality.

What you’ll do

• Create wireframes or mockups for web pages and applications
• Design responsive layouts for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices
• Develop branding and identity systems for websites, apps, and other media
• Produce graphics, icons, and logos to support web and product experiences
• Partner with developers to implement visual elements for the website
• Research and evaluate new design trends to keep the experience current
• Establish and maintain design standards and best practices
• Track and maintain SEO performance and website optimization
• Implement SEO in AI and other platforms

What you bring

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency with desktop publishing tools including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• A strong eye for visual design and composition
• Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
• Experience with computer-aided design
