Job Description

Schell Brothers is seeking a web designer to help develop and maintain a high-quality website experience for customers. You will collaborate with the marketing and Innovation teams to build intuitive, visually engaging user interfaces while continuously improving overall website quality.

What you’ll do

Create wireframes or mockups for web pages and applications
Design responsive layouts for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices
Develop branding and identity systems for websites, apps, and other media
Produce graphics, icons, and logos to support web and product experiences
Partner with developers to implement visual elements for the website
Research and evaluate new design trends to keep the experience current
Establish and maintain design standards and best practices
Track and maintain SEO performance and website optimization
Implement SEO in AI and other platforms

What you bring

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
Proficiency with desktop publishing tools including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
A strong eye for visual design and composition
Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
Experience with computer-aided design
