Job Description

CableLabs seeks a Web and Digital Designer to join the Marketing team in Louisville, CO (remote), focusing on designing and optimizing web and landing pages, managing WordPress content, and delivering cohesive digital and print assets with emphasis on UX, SEO, accessibility, and brand alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Design visually engaging web pages, landing pages, and marketing assets for digital and print while aligning with brand guidelines
  • Apply UX principles to improve usability, user journeys, and conversion performance
  • Build and maintain WordPress pages with responsive, accessible, and consistent layouts
  • Implement on-page SEO practices to boost search visibility and site performance
  • Audit websites and landing pages to identify and fix broken links, outdated content, and UX issues
  • Provide cross-departmental support delivering web and cohesive design solutions
  • Support marketing initiatives through creation of high-quality graphics and promotional materials
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in web, digital, or graphic design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web design plus marketing and print work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience building and managing web content on WordPress
  • Understanding of UX principles and responsive design
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and organization

Compensation

The salary range is $82,420 to $100,620 per year. This position is eligible for bonus incentive compensation up to 17.5% of base salary.

Working Conditions

This role is fully remote with a dedicated home workspace and reliable high-speed internet. Travel up to 25% of the time may be required.
