Visual Design Coordinator
Job Description
Join Savant Wealth Management to coordinate visual design work across digital, print, and internal communications while helping strengthen brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Produce engaging, on-brand visual designs for print materials, digital assets, presentation decks and internal communications, plus event materials and promotional items
- Translate complex financial or technical concepts into clear, compelling, visually engaging content
- Manage multiple design projects at once, ensuring quality and on-time delivery
- Organize and maintain design files and assets in the company’s digital asset management system
- Create and maintain templates and toolkits for internal use
- Partner with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with brand strategy
- Collaborate with design teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support brand consistency across all channels
- Review materials across departments for alignment to brand standards and refine visual brand standards as needed
- Work with the Brand Manager on new ways to increase brand visibility through campaigns
- Conduct market research to understand customer perceptions and identify opportunities to strengthen the brand across channels
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Brand Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience across marketing, brand management, and graphic design, with hands-on design execution (in-house or agency experience preferred)
- Experience working within an established brand system, including stewardship and evolution
- Proven experience developing and executing marketing campaigns aligned with brand strategy
- Demonstrated project management ability leading multiple concurrent initiatives from concept through completion, delivering on time and within scope
- Experience translating brand strategy into campaigns and creative direction
- Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint are a plus
- Strong skills in creative thinking, visual design, typography, and layout
- Understanding of print production processes and file preparation
- Strong marketing principles and brand management knowledge
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple platforms
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and multiple partners
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects, prioritize competing deadlines, and deliver high-quality work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail

Work Model and Location
- Hybrid work model: three days in office and two days remote
- May be based out of Rockford, IL; Chicago, IL; or Middleton, WI offices
- Standard schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Occasional travel to the Rockford office may be required for team meetings, onboarding, and other business needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a regulated or professional services environment (financial services, healthcare, or legal)
- Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools
Compensation
- Expected base salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 (final pay determined by experience, skills, and location)
- May be eligible for additional incentive compensation based on responsibilities and performance
