UI/UX Solutions Developer

Peraton is hiring a UI/UX Solutions Developer in the Cyber & Intelligence sector, supporting enterprise UI/UX solutions for teams at Scott Air Force Base, IL with hybrid flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop intuitive user interfaces to improve the overall user experience
• Create actionable, user-friendly dashboards, maps, and visualizations to support information consumption and decision-making
• Collaborate with data scientists and end users to refine usability and interface workflows
• Advance the mission by connecting customers and their challenges with UI/UX solutions
• Apply creative thinking and challenge current approaches to improve outcomes
• Challenge and support teammates through idea sharing and teamwork
• Continuously improve the accuracy, speed, and effectiveness of existing tools
• Develop and maintain professional relationships that support USTRANSCOM

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience plus a BS/BA degree
• Or High School and 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of the bachelor’s degree
• Experience developing and implementing enterprise-level UI/UX solutions
• Demonstrated creative thinker with a mission-minded focus
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Ability to persist in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• U.S. citizenship required
• Ability to obtain a DoW Secret security clearance

Location and work model

• Scott Air Force Base, IL
• Hybrid role with some remote work flexibility while remaining local and able to come on-site as needed

Compensation

• $86,000 - $138,000 per year
• Salary varies based on scope and responsibilities, experience, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, geographic location, and business and contract factors
• Depending on the position, eligibility may include overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay
