UI/UX Designer (Senior)

Senior UI/UX Designer role focused on enhancing user experience and mission workflows through intuitive interfaces and human-centered development. The position contributes to AI-enabled, data-driven solutions within secure environments, with onsite work at Joint Base Anacostia, Arlington, VA, or Reston, VA in the Washington, DC area. The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree and at least eight years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Proficient with design tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma, and maintain a working understanding of frontend development concepts
• Core competencies in user research, responsive design, and knowledge of current UI/UX trends and accessibility standards
• Strong problem-solving abilities, clear communication, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver user-centered designs
• Certifications may further enhance qualifications

Pay transparency

The base pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $113,000.00 - $188,000.00 annually.

For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
