  • Run usability testing to collect feedback and support iterative design improvements.
  • Communicate design concepts and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Produce clear and concise design documentation.
  • Collaborate with the broader design team to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Perform regular heuristic evaluations and maintain friction logs for vMC to identify confusion points and reduce cognitive load.
  • Own the design system to enforce Sabanto Design System standards and support product and engineering teams using Figma and Storybook (https://www.figma.com/ and https://storybook.js.org/).
  • Conduct ongoing visual design quality assurance for the design system using Chromatic (https://www.chromatic.com/features/test) to ensure consistency and reliability.

Requirements

  • Ability to understand and work within technical constraints of web development.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and iterative design processes.
  • Comfort working collaboratively in sprints to meet timelines and objectives.
