XPRESSDOCS PARTNERS, LTD. is hiring a UI/UX Designer in Fort Worth, TX (hybrid), reporting to the VP of Product.

Create and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Spot UX and design challenges and propose user-focused solutions that preserve the user journey and strengthen interaction quality.
Use a user-centric workflow, including rapid testing and iteration of concepts and prototypes.
Maintain an omni-channel approach to support a consistent, seamless experience across devices, platforms, and products.
Partner with team members and stakeholders to keep an integrated brand experience across all channels.
Review user feedback and behavioral data, then iterate designs to improve the overall user experience.
Design end-to-end experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints for both web and mobile.
Apply merchandising principles within design strategy to support strong conversion outcomes through layout and product placement.

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven UI/UX design experience supported by a strong portfolio of design work.
Proficiency with UX/design tools including Figma, InVision, Framer, Sketch, or similar platforms.
Experience with advanced prototyping tools and AI assisted design technologies (e.g., Figma Make, Framer AI), with an understanding of how generative and agentic AI affect UI patterns, interaction design, and design-to-development workflows.
Ability to work closely with internal clients to gather detailed requirements and design user experiences aligned with needs and vision.
Solid understanding of UX best practices, including mobile-first and responsive design.
Knowledge of user centered design (UCD), including user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic evaluation, and accessibility considerations.
Passion for addressing user pain points through thoughtful design and openness to feedback and constructive critique.
