UI Motion Designer
Job Description
This UI Motion Designer role focuses on shaping engaging user experiences for digital products and aligning motion-driven interfaces with business goals.
Location: Frisco, TX (onsite) • Salary: USD 97,300 - 175,500 per year • Minimum experience: 3 years • Education: Advanced degree
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design guidelines to convey UX concepts with minimal supervision
- Drive the evolution of design principles, guidelines, and patterns to ensure a cohesive, consistent experience
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements and technical constraints into practical design solutions
- Partner with user researchers and designers to tackle cross-application design challenges and maintain ecosystem coherence
- Contribute to strategic design direction to align UX work with organizational objectives
- Provide critique and guidance to ensure solutions are intuitive, innovative, and aligned with established principles
- Take on additional duties or projects as assigned by management
