Temporary Web Designer

North Carolina State University is seeking a Temporary Web Designer/Web Developer to support the completion and launch of a new WordPress-based office website in Chapel Hill.

Responsibilities

• Assist with completing and launching an office website built on WordPress
• Complete remaining development work by implementing outstanding content and design updates
• Troubleshoot website issues to ensure the site is ready for launch
• Focus on front-end development tasks, working primarily within WordPress to address remaining website needs
• Coordinate with OIRPA staff to identify outstanding needs and apply updates within WordPress
• Support a consistent, user-friendly, and accessible website experience
• Use Markdown and other markup languages as part of development and publishing
