Job Description

This remote senior position combines video editing and motion design to produce multi-format content for OTT, broadcast, and digital campaigns, with an emphasis on AI-enabled workflows and close collaboration with the Creative Director, Head of Production, and the broader team.

Responsibilities

  • Edit video content across formats with a primary focus on 16:9 for OTT and broadcast, while creating sizzle reels, digital advertising assets, PMAX placements, and occasional social or creator-style edits, from concept to final delivery.
  • Design and animate motion graphics for broadcast, OTT, digital campaigns, and related channels, ensuring clear communication whether audio is on or off.
  • Ensure deliverables are on-brand, strategically aligned, and technically compliant with specifications.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director, Head of Production, art directors, and copywriters throughout the creative process.
  • Present drafts and final assets to internal teams and clients as required.
  • Maintain organized project files and adhere to established delivery standards.
  • Introduce AI tools and streamlined workflows, sharing experiments and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency across video and motion production.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of internal video and motion practices as the team and toolset grow.
  • Operate effectively in a fully remote environment, maintaining strong communication and a collaborative work style.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of video editing and motion design experience in an agency, studio, or similar creative environment.
  • Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Experience collaborating in Figma.
  • Solid design fundamentals across typography, layout, composition, and motion principles.
  • Experience producing assets across OTT/broadcast spots, digital advertising including PMAX and other sound-off environments, long-form content, and social video.
  • Ability to craft video that reads clearly in both sound-on and sound-off contexts, including captions and kinetic typography.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while preserving quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail throughout production workflows.
  • Active experimentation with AI-powered tools for video and motion, with practical experience to discuss.
  • Availability to work during standard PST business hours.
