Sr. UI/UX Product Designer

Senior UI/UX Product Designer, onsite in downtown Cincinnati with Vaco by Highspring, hourly rate $55-$70.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the UI and UX strategy for a major website redesign from concept to delivery
• Create modern, premium B2B digital experiences using Figma
• Build and maintain a modular design system with reusable components
• Deliver responsive, mobile-first designs across devices
• Collaborate with content teams to simplify complex financial and investment topics
• Optimize landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action to boost conversions
• Use analytics, user research, and A/B testing results to drive design decisions
• Work closely with developers and CMS teams throughout implementation
• Provide guidance and mentorship to a junior designer

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Design, UI Design, or UX Design
• Strong portfolio showing measurable improvements in engagement and conversions
• Solid expertise in UI design, UX fundamentals, information architecture, and user journeys
• Experience building and maintaining design systems
• Advanced proficiency with Figma
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
• Familiarity with GA4, Hotjar, Adobe Analytics, and SEO best practices
• Experience collaborating with development teams and CMS platforms (Sitecore preferred)
• Understanding of usability testing and WCAG accessibility standards
