This onsite Seattle role sits within Platform Design, shaping foundational storage and administrative workflows while steering cross‑team strategy to unify experiences across apps, teams, and enterprises.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate thought leadership through collaboration with engineering, product, and design leadership in workshops and cross‑functional sessions.

  • Build cohesive end‑to‑end experiences by connecting patterns across touchpoints and technologies across apps, teams, and workflows.
  • Introduce fresh perspectives by crafting delightful experiences for admins, teams, and enterprises.
  • Inspire teammates and strengthen relationships across the organization to drive collective success.

Requirements

  • Experience unifying complex, disparate experiences into a cohesive solution that aligns with customer and business objectives.
  • Ability to balance speed and rigor, pivot directions as needed, and pursue creative solutions while diving into details to advance tough decisions.
  • Excellent written, spoken, and visual storytelling skills to influence and align teams; confident presenting design strategies to partners at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities; able to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and move multiple initiatives forward.
  • Exceptional visual, interaction, and prototyping design skills with meticulous attention to detail; experience with Cursor.ai or other AI powered design tools.

Accessibility design skills

  • Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities
  • Understanding of applying WCAG conformance criteria in design, particularly testing comps, wireframes, and prototypes for accessibility standards
  • Accessibility certifications CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from IAAP preferred

Compensation

Salary: USD 200,000 - 301,050 per year. Pay ranges may vary by location and experience.
