Job Description

11/11 Media, LLC seeks a highly creative Social Media and Graphic Design Coordinator to build campaigns, produce visual content, and manage social channels for multiple clients. The role blends graphic design, content creation, and digital marketing strategy in a fast-paced, onsite position in Houston.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize and execute social media campaigns for a portfolio of clients.
  • Produce graphic assets, flyers, and marketing materials using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Develop short form video content for Reels and TikTok.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X.
  • Maintain content calendars and posting schedules.
  • Support paid advertising efforts, with a preference for Meta Ads Manager.
  • Monitor engagement, direct messages, and audience interactions.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Collaborate with branding and creative teams on direction and marketing strategy.
  • Stay informed on social media trends and industry insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (required).
  • Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Hootsuite and Meta Business Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of running social media ads, with Meta Ads Manager preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
